NOTE - The water certificate requires
a payment or "development donation" of R15000.00 per 58 stands
in phase 1, 2 and 3. The civil works for these 3 phases has been
done e.g. roads and Eskom reticulation from the existing
transformer. There are two existing transformers 1 x 16 KVA
single phase and 1 x 50 KVA 3 phase.
Survey and pegging/marking of all the
boundaries for the 58 stands in phase 1, 2 and 3 is complete.
The diagrams have been approved by the Surveyor General in
Pietermaritzburg.
